We are really sorry but we produce so many different models, often in very small numbers, that it is not commercially practical for us to carry and supply spare parts.

Worldwide shipping schedules have been seriously disrupted and made unpredictable by Covid and various economic issues. Your supplier should let you know, especially if you have pre-ordered it, which is the best way to make sure you do not miss a model that you want

We do not produce special models for individual customers unless we receive orders in commercial quantities.

Except for limited editions, where we mark the size of the edition the box, we do not publish production numbers, as some models can be reissued from time to time.

If you receive a broken or imperfect model you should complain to your supplier. Good suppliers wishing to protect their reputation should come to a fair and reasonable arrangement with you either by offering a replacement model or a refund. The supplier will then complain to us. If you have an unsatisfactory transaction that you cannot resolve directly with the supplier, please let us know the details including the name and address of the supplier and the price you paid. We will not replace the model or make a refund directly to you but it may help us keep track of unreliable suppliers so that we may refuse to deal with them in the future.
