Use of SCHUCO brand descriptions, logos or product names and SCHUCO image data or illustrations on the internet or in print media

Agreement from the company DICKIE-SCHUCO is always to be obtained in advance of any use of SCHUCO logos or product specifications and SCHUCO image data or other illustrations of SCHUCO products on the internet on in print media. The company DICKIE-SCHUCO can revoke this agreement at any time if these data are not used in accordance with the agreement.

In the event of non-authorised use of SCHUCO trademarked names or image data, DICKIE-SCHUCO reserves the right to assert its rights accordingly.

In addition, it is not permitted to use the SCHUCO brand or a description deriving from this or a description which could be mistaken for this as an internet domain or part of an internet domain.
